PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting bar unit for Baumkuchen production, making strapping on release paper easy, preventing skidding of the Baumkuchen in cutting, making removal of the release paper easy so as to improve work efficiency, and preventing contamination of small wood pieces of the round bar.;SOLUTION: The supporting bar unit for Baumkuchen production comprises: a supporting bar 21 for Baumkuchen production, which comprises a round bar 22 for winding dough of the Baumkuchen thereon and a rotation shaft 23 formed to have smaller diameter than that of the round bar 22 and extended from the both ends of the round bar 22, and in which a longitudinal groove 24 and a defined number in the axis-direction of ring-like grooves 25 formed shallower than the longitudinal groove 24 are carved on the peripheral surface of the round bar 22; the release paper to be wound on the supporting bar 21 for Baumkuchen production; a longitudinal string for fixing the release paper on the round bar 22 by pushing the winding directional starting end part of the release paper in the longitudinal groove 24; a terminal end tape for fixing the release paper; and a tape for the end part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
