PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion manufacturing method and an emulsion manufacturing apparatus each used for manufacturing a stable surfactant molecule-adsorbed w/o-type emulsion not separated over an extended period and possessing a reaction field.;SOLUTION: The provided w/o-type emulsion manufacturing apparatus comprises: foam film generation means of generating, within a mixed solution including a surfactant, water, and an alkane, a surfactant molecule-adsorbed foam film by agitating the mixed solution while air is being mixed therewith; film rupture means of generating an emulsion including bubbles generated as a result of the rupture of the foam film within the mixed solution; and agitation means of degassing the emulsion by removing the bubbles therefrom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
