PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for properly estimating a charge capacity of a storage battery without being affected by replacement of the storage battery and without causing inconveniences such as deterioration of the storage battery.SOLUTION: A charge capacity estimation device for a storage battery includes: a storage section storing data indicating a correspondence between a charge capacity value and an internal resistance value of the storage battery; an internal resistance detection section acquiring a first internal resistance value when relatively small current is discharged by the storage battery serving as a measurement object and a second internal resistance value when relatively large current is discharged by the storage battery; and a charge capacity estimation section acquiring a charge capacity value of the storage battery using the first internal resistance value and the second internal resistance value acquired by the internal resistance detection section and data stored in the storage section.
