PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-edged eyelid forming tape, when being stuck to an eyelid, being inconspicuously usable without applying cosmetic onto the tape, while retaining strength sufficient for forming the double-edged eyelid, and to provide an assembly sheet of double-edged eyelid forming tapes suited for retaining the double-edged eyelid forming tapes.;SOLUTION: A double-edged eyelid forming tape is formed by applying adhesive (not shown) to at least back side of a tape body 2 consisting of a synthetic resin, and the tape body has the thickness of not less than 3 μm and not more than 15 μm. An assembly sheet 1 of double-edged eyelid forming tapes for retaining the double-edged eyelid forming tapes includes: the double-edged eyelid forming tape; a mount 4 provided on the back side of the tape body 2 via the adhesive; and a protective film 3 provided on the surface side of the tape body 2 and consisting of the synthetic resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
