PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-edged eyelid forming tape being excellent in double-edged eyelid forming property, being unlikely to be peeled off when fitted to the eyelid, and being inconspicuous from the outside and the like, and a double-edged eyelid forming tape assembly sheet suited for holding the double-edged eyelid forming tape.;SOLUTION: The double-edged eyelid forming tape being stuck to the eyelid for forming the double-edged eyelid includes: a small-piece tape body 1 having ends 12 at both longitudinally ends; and adhesive (not shown) applied to at least one surface of the tape body 1. The tape body 1 is composed of a synthetic resin substantially having no elasticity and is configured such that the tape width in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the tape body 1 is continuously narrowed from the ends 12 towards a longitudinally central part 11.
