PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition from which a cured film can be formed, which film has all of flexibility capable of following-up deformation at a three-dimensional processing time, breaking elongation, excellent mechanical strength, scratch repairability, scratch resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, stain resistance and blocking resistance simultaneously.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable resin composition contains a urethane (meth)acrylate-based oligomer (A) being a reaction product when polyisocyanate (a-1), polycarbonate polyol (a-2) and hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate (a-3) are reacted with one another. A diol constituent unit of the polycarbonate polyol (a-2) contains 1,4-butanediol or both of 1,4-butanediol and 1,6-hexanediol. The cured film, which is obtained by irradiating the active energy ray-curable resin composition with active energy, has 100-1,000 MPa tensile elasticity at 23°C.
