PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output drop prevention and recovery device of a solar cell module which is installed between the solar cell module and a power conditioner, and operated to prevent PID phenomenon, and to recover the output drop upon occurrence.;SOLUTION: An output drop prevention and recovery device of a solar cell module installed outdoors includes circuit switching means for switching between a normal power generation circuit and the output drop prevention and recovery device in units of a single solar cell module or an array consisting of a plurality of solar cell modules, power supply means for applying a positive voltage in the solar cell module, and ground means for grounding the solar cell module.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
