PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble reduction device, a chromatography device, a bubble reduction method, and bubble reduction program which can reduce bubbles in an eluting solution.SOLUTION: A bubble reduction device includes: a liquid storage part for storing a liquid which elutes an analytical component in a specimen absorbed to an absorption part; a liquid sending device which sucks the liquid so as to discharge it from a mouth part of a cylinder part facing upward, by the push-up or pull-down operation of a rod; air space formation means for forming an air space in the cylinder part; a first passage connecting the liquid sending device and the liquid storage part; and an exhaust part which is connected to the first passage via a first changeover valve and which discharges the air space from the first passage.
