PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument cap in which an insertion port of the writing instrument faces to an approximately vertical upper part so as to facilitate insertion of the writing instrument into the cap even by one hand, because when one uses the writing instrument with cap, the writing instrument is inserted into the cap after use.;SOLUTION: The writing instrument comprises: a mechanism for maintaining stably posture by a centroid for maintaining posture, or by a bottom part for maintaining posture; and an insertion port 3 which faces to an approximately vertical upper part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
