PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a melt viscosity of a composition comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A), a thermoplastic elastomer (B) having low hardness, and an ionic conductive material (C), while maintaining the semiconductive property and low hardness of the composition, and to provide a semiconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition that can be subjected to melt (co)extrusion molding.SOLUTION: A semiconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 30 wt.% to 95 wt.% of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A) and 70 wt.% to 5 wt.% of a low hardness thermoplastic elastomer (B) having a Shore-A hardness scale of less than 58, and further contains an ionic conductive material (C) by 0.1 to 10 parts by weight and a viscosity regulating agent (D) having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule by 0.5 to 10 parts by weight with respect to the total 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A) and the low hardness thermoplastic elastomer (B).
