PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor assembly for sampling and analyzing a non-invasive body fluid.SOLUTION: Concerning a sensor assembly for a monitoring system of a specimen, the sensor assembly includes hydrogel and an electrode assembly. In the sensor assembly, the hydrogel contains an enzyme to be reacted with the specimen, the hydrogel encloses the enzyme, the hydrogel is fitted so as to have a surface contact with a penetrable skin so that the specimen is received through the skin, and the electrode assembly is located on the surface of the sensor assembly, and detects an electric signal correlated with the value of the specimen.
