PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current-location earthquake information distribution process system capable of realizing load distributing processing and load reduction for both a disaster information collection-distribution device and a mobile terminal, and automatically and instantaneously distributing earthquake-related information.;SOLUTION: A disaster information collection-distribution device 11 performs: receiving, respectively, positioning-information indicating current location information of any pre-specified number of mobile terminals 31 from a positioning-server 3 and earthquake notice information provided by an earthquake information provision server 5; reading ground amplification factor of a sectioned area corresponding to the positioning-information of a mobile terminal 31; and generating distribution information consisting of the ground amplification factor of the sectioned area corresponding to the positioning-information of the mobile terminal 31 and transmitting the generated information thereto, so that the mobile terminal 31 performs: obtaining a current clock-time on the basis of GPS information and calculating the current location information; calculating a predicted seismic intensity and an arrival delay period at the current location on the basis of the received distribution information; and generating earthquake prediction information to output the information graphically or vocally.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
