PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas burner device capable of selectively using blast burning and red flame burning, and to provide a food kiln which uses the gas burner device to heat the interior in the blast burning until the temperature is increased therein and burn a burned object in the red flame burning after the interior is heated and thereby achieves excellent efficiency of burning work.;SOLUTION: A food kiln includes: a kiln body (1); and a gas burner device (4). A combustion gas is led to the exterior of the kiln body (1). The gas burner device (4) includes: a bunsen burner (40); and a fuel pipe (44) which supplies a combustible gas to the bunsen burner (40). The bunsen burner (40) includes: a burner part (41); a venturi tube (43) which generates an air fuel mixture; a primary air supply opening (430) which supplies primary air to the venturi tube (43); an air compression container (46) which encloses the primary air supply opening (430) so as to compress air supplied from the primary air supply opening (430); and a blower (47) which supplies compression air to the air compression container (46).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
