PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation condition evaluation device for conductive paste capable of efficiently compounding two or more kinds of paste with high reliability by utilizing a combinatorial technique.;SOLUTION: There is provided a preparation condition evaluation device for conductive paste including: a sampling part which uses the compounding ratio of two or more kinds of paste sample for forming conductive paste as at least one parameter, and samples the two or more kinds of paste sample at a plurality of compounding ratios at a predetermined sampling position while changing the parameter in a plurality of ways; a pressure mixing part which prepares a conductive paste by mixing the two or more kinds of sampled paste sample under a pressure condition; a burning part which forms a plurality of burnt bodies by burning the plurality of prepared conductive pastes; an electric conductivity measurement part which measures electric conductivity of the plurality of burnt bodies; and an evaluation part which evaluates preparation conditions of the plurality of conductive pastes from the compounding ratios and measurement results of the electric conductivity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
