PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation condition evaluation system for conductive paste capable of efficiently compounding two or more kinds of paste with high reliability by utilizing a combinatorial technique.SOLUTION: There is provided a preparation condition evaluation system for conductive paste including: combinatorial sample preparation means of using the compounding ratio of two or more kinds of paste sample for forming a conductive paste as at least one parameter, and preparing a plurality of pastes differing in composition on a substrate at predetermined positions by mixing two or more kinds of paste sample for forming the conductive paste while changing the parameter; burning means of forming a plurality of burnt bodies by burning the plurality of conductive pastes; means of measuring electric conductivity of the plurality burnt bodies; means of analyzing compositions of the plurality of burnt bodies; and means correcting mixing ratios of the two or more kinds of paste sample for each burnt body on the basis of a result of the composition analysis, and evaluating the plurality of conductive pastes from the relation between the mixing ratio after the correction and the electric conductivity, a conductive material being prepared.
