PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an algae containing composition which enables fine algae to be effectively used and an algae containing composition production system.SOLUTION: An algae containing composition includes chitosan and fine algae, the fine algae being an extraction residue after extraction of oil and fats that can be transformed to biofuel, and the composition is used as an additive to food, forage, or fertilizer.
