PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for collectively managing prompt reporting and sharing of medical accident information and progress of a medical accident in a hospital group and the like.SOLUTION: A medical accident report system includes: a terminal of each medical institution; and a data center communicably connected to the terminal of the medical institution. The medical accident report system automatically transmits medical accident information to the data center by inputting the medical accident information to the terminal of the medical institution. The data center collectively manages the progress of a medical accident occurring in the medical institution by classifying the automatically transmitted medical accident information.
