PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring and chamfering processing method and a deburring and chamfering processing device capable of efficiently performing deburring and chamfering processing on a ridge line part of a cross section of holes crossing each other.;SOLUTION: A deburring and chamfering processing method for removing burrs generated on a ridge line of a cross section of a workpiece W having a cross hole crossing a through hole and for chamfering the ridge line, comprises: a first step of inserting into the cross hole channel closing tools 9a and 9b closing the cross hole and positioning the channel closing tools 9a and 9b at predetermined distances from the ridge line; a second step of connecting an inlet 5 to one end of the through hole; and a third step of supplying a process liquid that is a mixture of a liquid and hard particles to the inlet 5 by a pump 3, and removing the burrs generated on the ridge line and chamfering the ridge line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
