PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell-related parts capable of suppressing disturbance of fluid flowing through a through hole, by forming laser welding marks symmetrically around the through hole, thereby preventing the shape of the through hole from being distorted.SOLUTION: In a separator and a fuel electrode frame, a laser welding mark 110 is formed at a welding area around each through hole 40a. The laser welding mark 110 is composed of two split welding marks 111a, 111b. The split welding marks 111a, 111b have a closed circuit shape surrounding the through hole 40a, as a whole, and cross at two points point symmetrical with respect to the center of the through hole 40a.
