PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive method for preserving processing bamboo shoots, capable of preserving for a long period without losing the peculiar taste of bamboo shoots.;SOLUTION: A bamboo shoot processed food is manufactured by the manufacturing steps including a series of a boiling step of boiling raw bamboo shoots; a slicing step of slicing the boiled bamboo shoots; an exposing step of exposing the sliced pieces sliced in the slicing step to water to remove harshness; a seasoning step of seasoning the sliced pieces from which harshness is removed in the exposing step; and a drying step of drying the slice pieces seasoned in the seasoning step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
