PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sore preventing cushion enabling pressure adjustment, and preventing continuous application of pressure to a particular part of a body.;SOLUTION: A pressure sore preventing cushion enabling pressure adjustment includes an air cell array which includes a plurality of air cells divided into at least four air cell zones, and in which the air cells in each of the zones communicate each other, and on the other hand, do not communicate with the air cells in an adjacent another zone; a plurality of air passages which are located under the air cell array, and which are connected to at least one air cell zone and communicated; a base on which the air cell array and the air passage are arranged; a plurality of air ducts which are located in the base, whose one end part communicates with the corresponding air passage, whose the other end part includes a joint located on the outside of the cushion, wherein each of the air ducts has a corresponding valve; and an automatic pressure adjuster which is fluidly coupled to the joint of the plurality of air ducts, which is electrically connected with the valve of each of the air ducts, and which enables expansion/contraction of each of the air ducts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
