The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cushion tailored to a patient- that can be used on a chair or wheelchair. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cushion, which can prevent pressure sores from occurring in a seated position even if a patient is sitting for a long time by providing a cushion tailored to the patient, comprising the steps of: molding a patient's seated body shape where the patient is in a sitting state on a chair or a wheelchair; three-dimensionally scanning the modeled seated body shape; and manufacturing a cushion having a curved shape corresponding to the seated body shape on the basis of the scanned seated body shape.
