PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the pressure sore preventive towel cushion is provided to keep the sanitary conditions by replacing and washing the antibiotic towel pad.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the pressure sore preventive towel cushion includes: a step of manufacturing an antibiotic towel pad(100) which has the properties such as the antibacterial activity, hygroscopic property, high speed drying and the air permeability using a microfiber suede, an antibiotic towel which forms a loop pile using a bamboo fiber and an NP antibiotic microfiber, and a cushion mesh which is formed in dual board structure; and a step of manufacturing a cushion vent plate(200) using an elastic board selected for the flexibility, cushion elasticity, air permeability and the deodorizing activity, an air permeable sponge, cushion mesh, charcoal fiber, both sides napping cloth, and microfiber suede.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
