PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candesartan cilexetil oral formulation, specifically a tablet and a tablet disintegrating in an oral cavity, having improved stability, a good disintegrating property, and a good elution property of candesartan cilexetil.;SOLUTION: The candesartan cilexetil oral formulation contains candesartan cilexetil as an active ingredient, and stearic acid as a stabilizer. Further, the candesartan cilexetil oral formulation may contain lactose and crystalline cellulose as excipients, and the oral formulation containing the lactose and the crystalline cellulose, especially a tablet containing a tablet disintegrating in an oral cavity, is one of the preferable embodiments.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
