PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles with insulating particles, in which the insulating particles are hardly removed from the surfaces of the conductive particles, can enhance conduction reliability when used for connecting electrodes.;SOLUTION: Conductive particles 1 with insulating particles according to the present invention includes: conductive particles 2 having conductive layers 12 at least on their surfaces; and insulating particles 3 attaching on the surface of each conductive particle 2.
