PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet having high strength, high conductivity, and excellent stress relaxation characteristics; a high-current electronic component and a heat dissipation electronic component using the copper alloy sheet; and a method for manufacturing a copper alloy sheet.;SOLUTION: The copper alloy sheet including one or two of Zr and Ti with a total amount of 0.01 to 0.50 mass% with the balance of copper and inevitable impurities thereof has a conductivity of 70% IACS or more, a 0.2% proof stress of 330 MPa or more, and a stress relaxation rate of 15% or less after being held at 150°C for 1000 hours.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
