PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet having high strength, high conductivity and excellent stress relaxation property, electronic parts for large current and electronic parts for heat release using the copper alloy sheet, and a manufacturing method of the copper alloy sheet.;SOLUTION: There is provided a copper alloy sheet containing Zr of 0.02 to 0.50 mass% and the balance copper with its inevitable impurities, and having conductivity of 70% IACS or more, 0.2% yield strength of 330 MPa or more, a spring deflection limit Kb (MPa) and 0.2% yield strength σ(MPa) satisfying a relationship of Kb≥(σ-100) and a stress relaxation rate after holding for 1000 hours at 150°C of 15% or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
