PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet having high strength, high conductivity and excellent stress relaxation property, and an electronic component for large current and an electronic component for heat release using the copper alloy sheet.;SOLUTION: There is provided a copper alloy sheet containing one or more kinds of Ag, B, Co, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, P, Si, Sn, Ti, Zn and Zr of total 0 to 20 mass% and the balance copper with inevitable impurities, having conductivity of 30%IACS or more and 0.2% bearing force of 290 MPa or more and residual stress generated in a direction parallel to a rolling direction to a (113) face determined by an X-ray diffraction method of 200 MPa or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
