PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a complex, which consists of β-1,3-glucan and nucleic acid, with high purity at a high yield without using an organic solvent.;SOLUTION: The method for preparing the β-1,3-glucan/nucleic acid complex includes: a step of preparing the β-1,3-glucan/nucleic acid complex having a triple helical structure which consists of two β-1,3-glucan molecular chains and a single-stranded nucleic acid by mixing a water-based buffer solution, in which nucleic acid is dissolved, with a basic aqueous solution, in which β-1,3-glucan is dissolved and incubating it; and a step of removing the unreacted β-1,3-glucan and nucleic acid to purify the β-1,3-glucan/nucleic acid complex by treating the solution which contains the β-1,3-glucan/nucleic acid complex using one or both of gel-filtration chromatography and anion exchange chromatography.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
