PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure release valve capable of smoothing fluctuation of oil pressure to be supplied to a through hole, which fluctuates when opening/closing the oil pressure release valve.;SOLUTION: In this pressure relief valve 1, when pushing force of secondary pressure PSEC, for example, acting on a bottom part 2B of a cup-like member 2 through a through hole 50b becomes equal to or exceeds the energizing force of a spring 3, the bottom part 2B is separated from the through hole 50b to open the through hole 50b, and the secondary pressure PSEC to be supplied to the through hole 50b is discharged from a discharge port 50c formed in a side surface of a valve hole 50a. The cup-like member 2 includes a notch part 2a annularly disposed in an outer peripheral edge of the bottom part 2B, and the notch part 2a is formed with a tapered part 2c inclined from an inner peripheral side to an outer peripheral surface 2d of a cylinder part 2A. With this structure, the oil flowing from the through hole 50b to the discharge port 50c is rectified, and fluctuation of the secondary pressure PSEC when opening/closing the valve 1 is smoothed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
