PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill generation method capable of fitting to change conditions between a client and a supplier.;SOLUTION: A method implemented in a computer for providing advertisement to the client includes: to establish a bill generation technique between the client and the supplier; to provide an opportunity of advertisement to the client by at least one of a repetition standard and a periodic standard; to evaluate a credit risk related to the client at least either periodically or on the occurrence of an event; and to automatically correct the bill generation technique based on the credit risk related to the client.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
