PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope even with protocols of various network folders, to transmit information related to a notice folder while maintaining compatibility with a conventional terminal or a server side, and to allow the server side to change over processing corresponding to the notice folder.;SOLUTION: When it is DROP processing of a processing target folder on a terminal side to the notice folder on the server side from the terminal, a folder name delimiter just after the notice folder is replaced with three continuous characters of a "folder name delimiter", a "basic point folder character "."
