PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep vibration transmission from a car frame to a cab low when disturbance by an excitation source such as a sheave or its drive motor is applied to a natural vibration system by elasticity of a rope of an elevator.;SOLUTION: This cab vibration reduction device of an elevator includes: a pantograph jack 16 between a car frame 14 and a cab 15; a motor 19 for driving the pantograph jack; and a control system for subjecting the motor to feedback control based on a relative position and a relative speed of the cab to the car frame. In the cab vibration reduction device, the feedback control system based on the relative position and the relative speed is provided with a position feedback gain part 22 and a speed feedback gain part 23 to provide the pantograph jack 16 with equivalent spring characteristic and attenuation characteristic, gain K in the position feedback gain part 22 and gain C in the speed feedback gain part 23 are automatically changed, and thereby vibration transmissibility comprising the equivalent spring characteristic and attenuation characteristic of the pantograph jack 16 from the car frame 14 to the cab 15 is reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
