PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of recognizing risks of developing cardiovascular disturbance (CVD) such as apoplexy, cerebral infarction and cardiac infarction in the future.;SOLUTION: A method of evaluating the risks of developing cardiovascular disturbance is provided for evaluating subject's risks of developing the cardiovascular disturbance in the future with LAB(LOX-1 ligand containing ApoB) concentration in body fluid sampled from a subject as an index. A method of evaluating the risks of developing the cardiovascular disturbance with an LOX index indicated by the product of the LAB concentration and a soluble LOX-1 concentration as an index is also provided.
