PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prevention, improvement, and therapeutic agent of dysbolism generated with age and/or food and drink having prevention, improvement, and therapeutic action of dysbolism generated with age.SOLUTION: The prevention, improvement, and therapeutic agent of dysbolism includes the culture and/or the cell obtained by culturing the lactobacillus belonging to Bifidobacterium longum as an active constituent, and the food and drink having the prevention, improvement, and therapeutic effect of dysbolism comprising including such an active constituent is prepared.
