PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive, improving, and therapeutic agent for a metabolic disorder with aging and/or a drink or a food having a preventive, improving, and therapeutic action for a metabolic disorder with aging.SOLUTION: A preventive, improving, and therapeutic agent for a metabolic disorder includes a culture and/or a bacterial cell obtained by culturing a lactic acid bacterium which belongs to Lactobacillus gasseri as an active ingredient. A drink or a food which has a preventive, improving, and therapeutic action for a metabolic disorder is prepared, the drink or food including such an active ingredient.
