PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturn prevention device of an equipment instrument which enables the equipment instrument to be easily installed in a narrow space and unfailingly prevents the overturn of the equipment instrument.;SOLUTION: An overturn prevention device of an equipment instrument includes: first fasteners 10 provided at the -Y side on a bottom surface 5a of an equipment instrument 5; second fasteners 20 provided at the +Y side on the bottom surface 5a of the equipment instrument 5; and a base member 30 which is fixed to an installation surface G, supports the first fasteners 10 and the second fasteners 20 so that the first fasteners 10 and the second fasteners 20 slide along a Y direction, and supports the equipment instrument 5 through the first fasteners 10 and the second fasteners 20. Each second fastener 20 includes an extension part 28 extending to the +Y side, and a regulation part 38, which covers the extension part 28 from the +Z side when the equipment instrument 5 is slid from the -Y side, is provided at the base member 30.
