PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an electro-optic device for performing high fidelity image display.;SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes a first panel 201 and a second panel 202. A scanning line drive circuit is disposed on each of the first panel 201 and the second panel 202, and the scanning line drive circuit is configured to execute line group scanning for selecting k pieces of scanning lines by every k pieces from m pieces of scanning lines. A first start pulse signal to be supplied to the first panel 201 and a second start pulse signal to be supplied to the second panel 202 can be temporally shifted only by an integer multiple of half of the horizontal scanning period of the line group scanning. Also, the clock signals to be supplied to both panels can be made different from each other with phases in the same cycle. Furthermore, enable signals to be supplied to both panels can be made different from each other.
