PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode catalyst achieving high electromotive force and sufficient electric current density for a fuel cell using ammonia as fuel.SOLUTION: An electrode catalyst comprises an alloy material containing an alloy portion containing Fe, Co, and Ni, and a Fe portion which is not a component of the alloy portion.
