PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the degree of contribution to an advertising effect in information acquired from the outside.;SOLUTION: An information providing device includes a storage unit and a calculation unit. The storage unit stores an advertising effect of advertisement content distributed on the basis of integrated user information for each integrated user information integrated by fluctuating an integration ratio between respective user information groups of each providing device.
