PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a contribution degree to an advertising effect in information acquired from outside while maintaining an operation of a targeting distribution.;SOLUTION: An information providing apparatus includes a storage unit and a calculation unit. The storage unit stores user information about a user of a user terminal acquired through the user terminal's accesses to a providing apparatus for providing contents as a user information group of each providing apparatus through which the user information is acquired, and stores an advertising effect of advertisement contents distributed to the user terminal on the basis of each user information group for each user terminal. The calculation unit calculates a contribution degree to the advertising effect in each user information group according to a correlation between each user information group and the advertising effect, which is obtained by a regression analysis of each user information group and each advertising effect stored in the storage unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
