PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll dispenser that can be reinforced by purchasing only a reinforcing member with no need for buying a new whole set for replacement.;SOLUTION: The paper roll dispenser includes a body 2 where a roll paper is removably placed, and a shelf member 3 for covering the top surface of the body 2. A reinforcing member 4 can be placed between the body 2 and the shelf member 3.
