PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component testing device, along with a measurement device, a packaging device, and a system, allowing the configuration to be flexibly changed in conformity with the form of a process.;SOLUTION: This testing device includes: a testing part 4a for testing electronic components; a supply storage part 12 storing the plurality of electronic components to be supplied to the testing part 4a; a discharge storage part 22 storing the plurality of electronic components after being tested by the testing part 4a; an ejector device 30 delivering the plurality of electronic components stored in the discharge storage part 22 to another downstream side device at the next process by receiving a signal from the downstream side device; and a control device 60 sending a signal to still another upstream side device at the preceding process to deliver the electronic component. The supply storage part 12 includes a receiving connection part 44 for receiving the electronic component delivered from the upstream side device.
