PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in measurement accuracy of mounting position reproducibility of a measurement means, in an apparatus irradiating light to a living body to measure bioinformation of brain activity or the like.SOLUTION: This biological light measurement system includes: light-irradiating optical fibers each leading and irradiating the generated light to the head of the living body; detecting optical fibers each condensing light passing the living body; a plurality of probes each holding a tip portion of the irradiating and detecting optical fiber on the tip side, each fixing it to a prescribed position of the head of the living body, and each holding a marker member on the rear end side thereof; an imaging part capable of photographing a state that the probes are fixed; an arithmetic part processing an imaged image; and a storage part. The arithmetic part calculates the gravity center of each marker tip part and each marker axial direction based on the image of the state that the probes imaged by the imaging part are fixed to obtain each marker direction vector, derives each marker vector from distance information between each measurement point and the gravity center of each marker tip part previously stored in the storage part, and derives position information of each measurement point. In the biological light measurement system, the information of each measurement position is specified from the image, the markers are equipped on the rear ends of measurement equipment, and the position of each measurement point is calculated.
