PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell array reducing operations of earth work, and a method for constructing the solar cell array.SOLUTION: A ground screw inserting hole is provided in a mounting crosspiece of a base formed of a conducting material; a frame of a solar cell module and the mounting crosspiece are electrically connected together by means of a ground screw; and an earth device is provided on the base and grounded. The ground screw inserting hole is provided in a cross range as a range in which the mounting crosspiece and the frame overlap each other. Any one of a drill screw a tapping screw and a bolt can be used as the ground screw.
