PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a program, in which information in respective systems such as a conventional domestic animal traceability system, a veterinary electronic medical chart system and a production support system is collected as one integrated system so as to be used freely by everyone, enabling a farmer breeding, raising and fattening a domestic animal and producing an animal product such as milk, and a veterinarian to mutually record and edit variety of information such as production information and veterinary care information as information managed for each domestic animal, and also allowing a consumer to browse etc.SOLUTION: On the basis of an individual identification code given to each domestic animal, a farmer and a veterinarian can each use a communication terminal connected to a database via a communication line to record and edit, as integrated information in the database, the variety of information acquired in the process in which the farmer breeds, raises and fattens the domestic animal, and produces the animal product such as milk, and the variety of information acquired in the process in which the veterinarian provides veterinary care to the domestic animal, and to mutually browse etc.
