PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting the crisis of a late side effect in the radiotherapy of breast cancer.;SOLUTION: This method for predicting the crisis of the late side effect in the radiotherapy of the breast cancer is characterized by comprising (1) a process for obtaining a genome DNA sample from a breast cancer patient, (2) a process for identifying the combination of bases existing at the prescribed positions of a genome sequence in the obtained genome DNA sample, and (3) a process for predicting the crisis risk of the late side effect on the basis of the information obtained in the process (2).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
