PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for effectively suppressing unauthorized use of a component provided to in asset.;SOLUTION: The system includes functions A02 and B02 for establishing pairing radio connection by the component A01 and a user management key B01, and means A03 and B03 for detecting an opposite party and establishing proximity radio connection, when the component A01 and the user management key B01 approach closer than a prescribed proximity distance.
