P To protect a compound lens part and a CCD image sensor from humidity and water droplet (moisture) by providing a waterproof mechanism for a filter frame and which is capable of improving a waterproof function in a camera lens barrel by attaching various filters to the front of the camera lens barrel. PSOLUTION: When manufacturing a filter by assembling a part composed of a filter outer peripheral frame, filter lens, and a lens presser screw ring, a molding member formed from thermoplastic elastomer is fitted to an outer edge of the filter lens, the filter lens with the molding member formed from the thermoplastic elastomer is placed ON a filter lens presser edge of the filter outer peripheral frame, and while this portion is heated and the molding member formed from the thermoplastic elastomer is plastically deformed with the lens presser screw ring and the filter lens is fastened between the filter lens presser edge and lens presser screw ring via the molding member formed form the thermoplastic elastomer.
