PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus duct branching device ensuring operability on mounting to a bus duct and more secure fixture after mounting.;SOLUTION: The bus duct branching device includes a box 2; a branching terminal 5 protruding from the mounting side of the box 2; a guide member 3 formed at least at one of the front and back sides in the box 2, and provided on the guide hole 115a of the bus duct 10 to guide the box 2 to the mounting position; and a fixing unit comprising a fixing member 6 and a fixing tool 65 to fix onto the bus duct 10 the box 2 guided to the mounting position on the mounting side of the bus duct 10.
